Acevo New Chief Executive programme

Starts 10 February 2009 in Newcastle

Comprising five one-day modules, this programme is designed for recently appointed chief executives. It is developed and delivered by leaders at Cass CCE and is available exclusively through acevo.

Module 2: Your Leadership Journey

Developing your leadership skills through increased self awareness and greater understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader

Module 3: The Chief Executive as Ambassador
21 April 2009
Taking maximum advantage of opportunites to represent your organisation

Module 4: Managing Financial Resources
19 May 2009
Developing your resource management skills to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness, being able to ask the right questions and better judge the quality of the answers

Module 5: Leading Strategic Change
17 June2009
Mastering the skills and tools to develop strategy and turn plans into reality

Further programmes are planned for London and Birmingham starting on 10 March 2009 and 17 March 2009 respectively.
